Francesca St. Claire has been a hotel manager, an au pair, a dog sitter, and a volunteer teacher at an after-school study center for children from disadvantaged backgrounds. She has lived in six different countries, hiked through mountains and valleys in Europe, lived through a 6.9 earthquake, and a category 4 hurricane in the States. She and her husband now live in Portugal and enjoy exploring all sorts of wonderful little towns throughout the old continent.
